State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) of Haryana has released an official notification for admission in two year Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) course to the academic session 2025-27. All eligible and interested candidates can apply online at SCERT Haryana DElEd official website dedharyana.org or scertharyana.gov.in from 30th September 2025 to till the application last date 12th October 2025 for Haryana DElEd Admission Session 2025-27.

SCERT Haryana DElEd Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent examination with five subjects including pass English as one of the subject.
There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks i.e 47.5% at Senior Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates.
Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit.
Haryana DElEd Admission 2025-26 Procedure
The Merit List will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination stream-wise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational) and distribution of seats in each stream for each institution shall be as under:-
