Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released an official notification form for Diploma in Elementary Education DElEd Joint Entrance Exam 2026 for two year professional programme of teacher education to the admission session 2026-28. Bihar DElEd Entrance Exam 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Passed Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks. ( Appearing Candidates of 2025 are also eligible to apply )
There will be a relaxation of 5% in the minimum prescribed marks for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD category.
Age Limitation:- Minimum age will be 17 years for all category as on 01 January 2026.

Caste certificate issued by the competent authority for SC/ ST candidates.
Latest non-creamy layer certificate issued by competent authority for EBC/BC candidates.
Certificate issued by the competent authority for candidates claiming EWS.
PWD Certificate (If Applicable).
Residential certificate for candidates of Bihar state.
