Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE Board) invites online choice filling application form for the seat allotment for Bihar Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test (ITI CAT) counselling 2026. The entrance test result was announced on 04th June 2026 by the board. All eligible candidates can online fill choice on the official BCECE Board website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in from 22nd June 2026 till the last date of application submission 01st July 2026 for Bihar ITI Counselling 2026.

All eligible candidates who appeared for ITICAT-2026, the general public, and concerned institutions are hereby informed regarding the online counseling for seat allotment in ITI trades across government Industrial Training Institutes in Bihar. This applies to 25% of seats (free from district-based restrictions) and 75% of district-wise seats. Full details of the online choice-filling and counseling schedule, the procedure for choice-filling, etc., have been made available on the Board's website on 21st June 2026. The choice-filling process for counseling will commence on 22nd June 2026.

It is mandatory to bring two copies of the downloaded Verification Slip and one copy of the Biometric Form at the time of the interview/document verification.
For the online choice filling/ counselling process related to ITICAT-2026, candidates should click on the "Online Counselling Portal of ITICAT-2026." Thereafter, log in for online counselling using their ITICAT-2026 registration number and password.
After successfully logging in, candidates should submit their choices for ITIs and trades according to their preferences. Candidates may edit their submitted choices up to the prescribed deadline. In accordance with the provided schedule, if candidates are satisfied with their selections, they should lock their choices. If, after locking, a candidate wishes to make any changes, they may click the "Unlock Choices" button and authenticate/verify the OTP received on their registered mobile number and email to modify their choices before the deadline. Subsequently, candidates must lock their final choices again. If candidates do not lock their choices by the prescribed deadline, the choices will be automatically locked immediately thereafter. No changes to the choices will be permitted after the deadline. Candidates should take a printout of their submitted choices and keep it safe for future reference.
Note: The process of locking and unlocking choices will be carried out via OTP authentication, with the OTP sent to the candidate's registered mobile number and email ID. Please also note that the registered mobile number and email ID cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The choice-filling process for online counseling is a one-time event. Therefore, if a candidate does not complete the choice-filling process during the first round, they will not be given another opportunity to fill their choices for the subsequent round of online counseling.
