Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released an official notification for selection to the post of Junior Hindi Translator (JHT), Junior Translation Officer (JTO), Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) and Senior Translation Officer (STO) for 84 vacancies for various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India. All eligible citizens can fill out the online application form on the official SSC website ssc.gov.in, from 23rd April 2026 until the closing date for 14th May 2026 for the Combined Hindi Translators Examination 2026.

Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR

Master's degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR
