All eligible students can download their admit card online from 17th June 2026 onwards through Form Number / Exam Form No. and Date of Birth. The UG semester 4 examination will commence from 20th June 2026 onwards.

Visit the Patliputra University official website i.e. https://ppuponline.in
On the Home Page under Examination section click on the provided button "Download Admit Card [UG Semester 4]".
You will be redirected to the admit card download page of Patliputra University UG semester 4 examination session 2024-28.
On the admit card download page under Admit Card Search by form number section enter your Form Number / Exam Form No. and Date of Birth correctly in the specified input box.
Next, enter the Captcha Code as shown in that page correctly to proceed for further step.
Finally click on Search button to download your admit card from university server.
