Passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination.
Passed the examination in Hindi shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute from a recognized Council, Board, Polytechnic, ITI, or equivalent recognized institute in Madhya Pradesh.
It is mandatory to pass the Computer Proficiency and Certification Test (CPCT) conducted by the Department of Science and Technology, including the Hindi typing component.
Passed Diploma level examination conducted by Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) OR relevant certificate/ course.
