The 4th merit list of candidates shortlisted for engagement has been released by the Department on India Post GDS Online Portal on 08th June 2026. Upon declaration of the results, the shortlisted candidates will be informed of the result and dates of physical verification etc, through SMS on their registered mobile number as well as through email on the registered email addresses. All candidates are advised to visit the official website on a regular basis for the latest updates.

Visit the India Post GDS Online official portal i.e. https://indiapost.gov.in/gdsonlineengagement into your computer or mobile browser.
On the home page, under Important Update section click on the provided link "GDS Online Engagement Schedule, January-2026 Shortlisted Candidates List-IV".
From the Drop-down menu, select the circle you chose during the registration and application process.
A PDF file containing the merit list for the India Post GDS Engagement 2026 will open in a new tab.
Within the PDF, use the Search/ Find option to locate your Registration Number or Name.
