Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an institution recognized by the Central or State Government, &
Should be registered as a "Pharmacist" under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
10+2 examination passed from a recognized Board or University.
02 years Diploma in Radiography from an institution recognized by Central or State Government.
10+2 examination passed from a recognized Board or University with Science.
02 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an institution recognized by any Central or State Government.
