Candidates will be able to download the 2nd merit list of CET B.Ed counselling 2026 by login with their Login ID and Password on the CET B.Ed 2026 official portal i.e. https://biharcetbed-brabu.in from 14th July 2026 onwards. The BEd Combined Entrance Test counselling 2026 process was successfully ended on 28th June 2026 by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BRABU), Muzaffarpur.

Go to the Bihar BEd Entrance Exam 2026 official website https://biharcetbed-brabu.in/.
On the home page, under Login section click on the provided link as "Download College allotment of 2nd Round".
You will be redirected to the 2nd Round College Allotment download page of BEd Entrance Exam Counselling 2026.
On the College Allotment login page click on Sign In button, then enter your Login ID and Password correctly in the specified field to proceed further.
Finally click on Submit button to download your College Allotment Letter from BRABU BEd server.
